At Regency Park Oak Knoll, our Levels of Care plan enables us to provide each resident with personalized care and services. After a thorough assessment, we work with residents and their family members to select the appropriate Level of Care and any Additional Services required.

  • Level 3: Includes all Basic, Level 1, and Level 2 Services, plus escort to meals and activities, dressing, and grooming, bathroom assistance, and frequent checks
Additional Services
  • Incontinence care (with or without supplies)
