For over 25 years, Caroline has initiated, developed, and managed social care programs for diverse communities across the United States. She is dedicated to nurturing the minds, bodies and spirits of the residents at The Fair Oaks by Regency Park. She is a graduate of Loyola Marymount University.
Rica Duff has more than 30 years' experience in professional marketing. She serves on the Board of Directors of the Pasadena Senior Center, and is a recipient of the Healthcare Public Relations Association’s "Silver Anvil" Award. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from UCLA and is certified in Health Care Management and Healthcare Administration.
As Social Director, Susanna Klein plans and oversees a diverse array of activities and outings for our residents. She also facilitates the residents' adjustment to life at The Fair Oaks, helping them acclimate by involving them in our community and maintaining a personal relationship with them and their families.
With a passion for helping others, Ruby Galarza oversees the care and wellness of The Fair Oaks residents. She also strives to promote a wide variety of programs to assure an active, healthy lifestyle. Ruby has been a licensed vocational nurse for over 10 years.
Mary is appreciated by residents of The Fair Oaks for applying the highest standards to her work as Housekeeping Supervisor, and for maintaining a beautiful environment. Mary has worked in the hotel and senior living industries for over a decade.
Bob joined The Fair Oaks after having served in a similar position in a university setting. Bob has 25 years' experience in building maintenance supervision, and is passionate about creating a safe and comfortable environment for our residents and staff.
After receiving his Diploma of Culinary Arts at the prestigious Le
Cordon Bleu in Pasadena, Executive Chef Cruz Serrato established a
reputation for culinary excellence in the hotel, restaurant and senior
living industries. Creating a memorable dining experience, whether for
special occasions or everyday cuisine, is Chef Cruz' greatest
pleasure.
Christina Martinez brings strong administrative skills, varied healthcare experience and a love for working with seniors to her position as Business Office Manager. Christina is dedicated to helping residents of The Fair Oaks with both their personal and administrative needs.
