What We Are Doing To Keep Our Residents Safe

  • Checking temperatures and respiratory symptoms twice daily for both residents and staff
  • Handwashing training and reminders
  • Requiring social distancing
  • Making protective gear available to all staff and residents
  • Transporting residents to medical visits
  • Delivering residents' meals to their apartments
  • Engaging in one-on-one fitness and other activities with residents inside their apartments
  • Keeping residents connected with their family members through Skype, FaceTime and Outdoor Visits
  • Frequent COVID-19 testing for all residents and staff

What We Are Doing To Keep Our Community Safe

  • Adhering to Department of Public Health guidelines regarding visitations
  • Screening all staff and visitors before entering community
  • Placing additional sanitizing stations throughout the building
  • Increasing frequency of sanitizing within the community using virus killing disinfectant
  • Acquiring and securing PPE gear (facial masks, gloves, face shields, gowns)
  • Receiving all deliveries through contactless drop off and disinfecting before bringing into the community
  • New residents must have COVID-19 testing results within 72 hours before move-in and after move-in
  • New residents are isolating for up to 14 days in an apartment (based on testing results) with a private caregiver if needed
