What We Are Doing To Stay Safe

  • Allowing entry only to essential visitors
  • Screening all staff and visitors who are allowed in
  • Promoting social distancing
  • Checking temperatures and respiratory symptoms twice daily for both residents and staff
  • Handwashing and disinfection training reminders and signage for residents
  • Additional sanitizing stations added throughout communities
  • Making appropriate protective gear available to all staff and residents
  • One-on-one transportation to essential medical visits
  • Delivering all meals for assisted living residents to their apartments
  • Providing residents with in-room activities as well as engaging in one-on-one fitness and creative activities with residents in their apartments
  • Keeping residents connected with their family members through Skype, FaceTime and phone calls
  • Family visitations have been suspended at this time with the exception of end of life situations

In this time of unprecedented challenge, we thank you for your continued understanding as our team is working tirelessly to keep our residents and your loved ones safe and healthy.  We encourage you to reach out to your community leadership team if you have specific questions about your loved one.  We will also continue to provide updates with any new information via email to those who have provided us with an email address.
